From Industry Veteran to Salon Owner
After 18 years in the beauty industry, Jenn reached a pivotal moment where she realized that the environment she longed for — one built on professionalism, growth, and culture — didn’t exist yet. Instead of settling, she created it herself. As she shared with Voyage Dallas:
“Salon ownership was never something I set out to pursue. I simply wanted an environment where I could truly thrive.”
By 2018, she opened her first location as a booth rental salon — but quickly recognized it wasn’t aligned with her vision. What came next was a commitment to redefine what a beauty destination could be… and that became Saint Beauty Bar.
A Culture Built on Human Connection
Jenn’s transition from a booth-rental model to a commission-based structure wasn’t just strategic — it was intentional. She built systems that foster education, accountability, connection, and sustainable careers for talented beauty professionals:

This shift not only elevated the experience for guests but set a new standard for salon culture in the DFW area.
Resilience Through Hardship
Jenn’s journey hasn’t been without challenge. Around 2022, she faced personal and professional hurdles — including a major health scare and rebuilding her business from the ground up amidst uncertainty. Yet through it all, she kept moving forward with unwavering determination:
“It’s either going to work or it’s going to work…There isn’t another option.”
It’s this blend of grit and grace that continues to define the leadership and heart of Saint Beauty Bar.
What Sets Saint Apart
Today, Saint Beauty Bar is much more than a luxury salon — it’s a space designed for transformation, growth, and intentional care. Jenn told Voyage Dallas that what she’s most proud of isn’t the services themselves, but the institution being built — from apprenticeships and leadership pathways to a team culture that balances heart with strong systems.
