- Application information. If you apply for a role with us, we collect the details you enter on the application form, together with any video introduction or résumé you upload.
- Booking information. Appointment scheduling is managed through Meevo, a third-party booking platform. Any information you provide during booking is subject to Meevo's privacy policy.
- Payment information. All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment card information on our website.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you
- To schedule and manage your appointments
- To consider and respond to job applications
- To send you promotional offers, updates and salon information, with your consent
- To improve our services and website experience
3. Third-party services
- Meevo. Our appointment booking system. Please review Meevo's privacy policy for information on how they handle your data.
- Compass contact forms. Our contact and application forms are handled by Compass, operated by Ecropolis, on our behalf. Submissions are relayed to us by email and stored securely — contact messages for 180 days and job applications for 12 months, after which they are deleted. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam; Turnstile sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.
- Google Ads. We use Google Ads for advertising. Google may use cookies and other tracking technologies to serve relevant ads.
- Google Maps. Our contact page embeds a Google Map. Loading it sends your IP address to Google and may set Google cookies.
